Welcome to Roma at Three Rivers, where history comes alive!
Step back to 1732 and discover the story of PEI’s early French settlers.
Through guided tours, hands-on activities and family-friendly experiences, explore the daily life, skills and traditions of the people who lived and worked on early Île Saint-Jean.
Our Roma experience was outstanding. Friendly staff in period dress made the site alive. There is surprisingly lots to see and learn and much is “hands on.” Our lunch really hit the spot and felt authentic. The taste was on the mark and left us full to the brim! The dessert was perfect and now we have to get some of the take home jams and tarts to complete our experience!
We really enjoyed hearing about the lives of the settlers at the Roma site. We found the information given by the guides interesting, especially as they were in costume and took on an identity for the period. Lunch was good, as was the service. Also, very clean washrooms!
